O limitemáximo de pesosão 20Kg e o tempo calculado para o percurso e para aoperação deentrega e recolha não pode exceder as 2 horas. Osclientesocasionais, após realizarem e submeterem o pedido, sãodirecionadospara o pagamento do serviço por cartão de créditoVisa/Mastercard.Após o pagamento, a plataforma inicia o processo deassociação deum estafeta ao pedido. Quando o estafeta estáassociado, o clientepode acompanhar através da funcionalidade deLiveTracking opercurso e o serviço a ser realizado.
